I-130 Petititons

American Citizens residing in Lebanon and wish to file Immigrant Visa petitions (I-130) should contact the U.S. Embassy in Damascus, Syria or Nicosia, Cyprus directly.

American Citizens residing in the U.S. should file their Immigrant Visa petitions with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) in the U.S. and are reminded that their relatives' visas cannot be processed in Beirut.

Residents of Lebanon generally elect to have their immigrant visas processed in Damascus - Syria, Nicosia - Cyprus, or Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates.
