Transferring Immigrant Visa Petitions

If an IV applicant wants to transfer his/her file to U.S. Embassy Beirut for processing, please email form OF-236 to BeirutIV@state.gov or fax it to the Embassy at 04-544037.

Please Note: If you have already begun the processing at another post (i.e. had an interview with an American consular officer), you may not transfer your file.
